The Route Zero EV relay stopped in Baltimore at the Canton Waterfront Park to chat with Climate and Environment Policy Director Russell Armstrong. The event was co-sponsored by the Union of Concerned Scientists, Sierra Club, The Electric Vehicle Association and Consumer Reports, in conjunction with the Route Zero relay.
