Moriah De Los Santos-Moore, also known as “Mo,” is the Digital Content Manager at the Hip Hop Caucus. Moriah is no stranger to the Hip Hop Caucus team; prior to joining the in-house team, she worked on The Caucus’s social media accounts as the social media manager for 3 years, creating viral content and growing our social media presence significantly.

She’s managed the pages of and run notable campaigns for influential organizations, including Rock the Vote and She The People. Additionally, she has worked on content strategy and run rollout campaigns for Ava DuVernay’s independent distribution company, ARRAY. While spending almost a decade in Los Angeles, Mo worked heavily in entertainment, executing event coverage, content curation, and creating short-form content for former Live Nation entity Femme It Forward and for the Black-owned and woman-led creative company MVD Inc.

Moriah is the definition of a true creative who works as a graphic designer, website developer, and artist. She was the graphic designer for Smirnoff’s 2025 Black History Month campaign, The Future of Black Music, which toured three major cities (Los Angeles, Miami, and Detroit). Currently, she is obtaining a certification in UX/UI design to expand her palette and further bolster her creative artillery.

On the side, Mo enjoys working as a part-time hot Pilates instructor!
