This series amplifies the voices of Black, Brown, Indigenous, and underserved communities at the forefront of the climate movement. Through engaging discussions with changemakers, thought leaders, and community organizers, Rhythm & Bloom dives into the strategy, cultural wisdom, and practical actions addressing the climate crisis. Each episode is a call to action, shining a light on the creativity and leadership driving sustainable change in the communities that need it most.
Formed in 2004, the Hip Hop Caucus is a non-profit, non-partisan organization that leverages Hip Hop culture to encourage young people to participate in the democratic process. Through a collaborative leadership network, we address core issues affecting underserved communities. Our programs and campaigns support solution-driven community organizing led by today’s young leaders.
